Discovery
Understand for whom I’m designing to add value to the product. To do this, I conduct quantitative and qualitative research, benchmarking, and usability tests. Talking to users and watching them interact with the products provides great insights.
Define
Identify and prioritize real problems and their solutions by creating Personas, Empathy Maps, User Journeys, prioritization matrices, and the HMW method, while ensuring feasibility and maintaining constant communication with the development team.
Implement
Communication with the development team is essential to stay aligned and ensure a functional product with great usability. I create wireframes, produce high-fidelity prototypes, and conduct QA to ensure the design is followed accurately.
